Floyd & Connie’s
Walk into Floyd and Connie’s and you’ll feel it immediately: this is what coming home for dinner feels like. Owners Stephanie Butler and Nick Dorgan built it that way, on purpose — from the food to the décor to the easy, welcome-in warmth of the room.
The menu is updated American classics, done right. Think hanger steak with fried potatoes and an Icebox Martini that’ll make you a regular. Every ingredient — produce, meat, bread, fish — comes from local purveyors and growers, so what’s on your plate is Fort Bragg through and through.
From New York kitchens to Noyo Harbor
Stephanie and Nick met in culinary school in New York back in 2009. A few years and a few moves later, they landed in Fort Bragg in 2020 — just as the pandemic hit. Instead of putting their plans on hold, they got to work catering around the area, plotting their next move one event at a time.
That patience paid off. They eventually took over the harbor space once home to Noyo River Grill, and in summer 2026, Floyd and Connie’s was born.

The space itself is vintage chic, filled with pieces Stephanie has collected over the years. It’s warm, layered, personal — like walking into someone’s actual home. Don’t skip the restrooms, either. The wallpaper is homemade, and it’s worth the trip alone.

Local Tip:
Skip the wait — the bar serves the full menu, no reservation required..
“We want people to feel like they
are coming to our house for dinner.”
