Located centrally in Downtown Fort Bragg, Pacific Pearl is an artisan co-op and upcycle mercantile with over 100 consigners that features practical items and works of art, furniture, crafts and special treasures that are welcomed by visitors and locals alike. For every transaction, the buyer gets to choose a local nonprofit to donate $1 to. You’ll walk out with something you never knew you needed – and feel good about your purchase too.

2. Lost Coast Found

A vintage shop with an ocean view, Lost Coast Found features mid-century housewares, furniture, California pottery, art, books, LP’s and so much more. Adjacent to the Larry Spring Museum which is well worth a visit in conjunction. Every shelf feels like a curated time capsule, and the cool sea breezes drifting through the door only add to its charm.

3. Paul Bunyan Thrift Shop

What began as weekly yard sales benefiting the Paul Bunyan school, offering education to local developmentally disabled children, the Paul Bunyan Thrift Store features a large selection of clothing and furniture on consignment. Proceeds benefit @parentsandfriendsinc programs. It’s a treasure hunt with a heart.

Located just west of the Highway One roundabout at Simpson Lane, The Ark benefits the Mendocino Coast Humane Society. The Ark is an emporium of used and recycled treasures of all kinds. The Attic thrift store benefits the Redwood Coast Senior Center. Located a few blocks northwest of downtown, you’ll find a tidy collection and a wide variety of household goods and upcycled clothing. It’s a calm, well-organized shop where thoughtful volunteers help keep quality pieces in circulation and out of the landfill.

9. MCDH Hospice Gift Shop

Support a wonderful cause and donate items at their store in the Boatyard shopping center. Donations accepted Monday – Saturday from 10:30 – 4:30.
