The Noyo Fish Company and the Noyo Harbor District are proud to present the second annual Noyo Harbor Festival. It’s a full day of great food, music, dancing and games for the whole family on the north shores of Noyo Harbor. All process will be donated to the Noyo Harbor District and Mendocino Coast Humane Society.
